                Spring on Down!

    Sunny Greetings from Beautiful Hilton Head Island! The Island is gearing up for a busy upcoming Spring. The weather up north & the midwest got cold & snowy early this year & we have our share of “Snowbirds” enjoying a warmer than normal winter here! The island is getting ready for our St. Patrick’s Day Parade down Pope Avenue & looking forward to all the local floats & partying on the south end. Later in March we’ll have our Wine & Food Festival starting on the 9th & the popular WingFest on the 21st. Our St. Paddy’s Parade on Pope Ave on the 15th & so many more events. The restaurants are filling up during the Happy Hours with many golfers & all the dogs (& their parents) are loving the beach this time of the year!  Another great thing about this time of the year is the buyer’s purposely come here now because homes & condos are more accessible to view (& the sellers may be a little more motivated before the rental income starts kicking in).  Hilton Head is easier to arrive from NYC & Atlanta with DIRECT FLIGHTS from Delta Air Lines. Also, United Air Lines has  FLIGHTS from Chicago, Washington DC & NYC.  Allegiant Air has added a bunch of NEW flights to Savannah too! The stock market continues to be strong but volatile ~ not for the faint of heart.
