                                                              Sam’s Hilton Head Island Area Early Fall Update

    Greetings from Beautiful Hilton Head Island & the surrounding area! It’s FINALLY slowing down a bit from tourists ~ it’s been one of the busiest seasons I’ve seen here in my 26 years. Now we can get into the restaurants without reservations, get golf tee times easier, traffic is less & actually, the buyers are still here & coming mainly because we can show the properties easier! Obviously, COVD is still around & we all still need to be careful & wear masks & continue to social distance. Please be considerate & abide by the rules here. Despite the pandemic, this has (& continues) to be one of the busiest years I can remember ever. You’ll notice that if you open my stat links below.

    I’ve included the Hilton Head Realtor’s Association Statistics showing closed & pended sales transactions along with other specific information to keep you informed on real estate details on the Island & in the surrounding area of Bluffton & Sun City. Also, you can see the lower inventories are “forcing” buyers to buy immediately or lose out. Future listing prices will continue to go higher until we get resistance from buyers ~ so far we’re not getting resistance from buyers. Between that, the upcoming election, the amazing LOW mortgage rates, the questionable stock market plus with COVD continuing, people may be able to work out of their homes or rent it for additional income, it’s approaching the “Perfect Real Estate Storm!”

      Also, I’m attaching a link of all  Homes presently listed in the Very Residential (No short term weekly rentals allowed)   Gated Community of Hilton Head Plantation! This community is the 2nd largest on the Island with 4 golf courses, restaurants, a sandy beach area, walks along the Sound, Spectacular Community Pool, & so much more!  I’m including this link of all  Condos in the Very Popular Sea Pines Resort Community.    All Homes in Sea Pines    The ever-popular Forest Beach area continues to be popular as a “Non-Gated” beach community. They are especially popular to rent out during the summer or with snowbirds. Here are all the condo listings in  ~ All Forest Beach Condos.    I’m including the Featured Private Gated Golf Community of Belfair, just about a 15-20  minute to the Island & beach. Belfair is an All-Inclusive Club with all Premier Amenities including 2 Championship Tom Fazio Golf Courses & one of the most beautiful entrances you’ll ever see for a Community.
