Forest Beach Real Estate

The Oceanside community of North Forest Beach is one of the non-gated residential areas located on the south end of Hilton Head Island. As one of the first communities to be founded on the island, North Forest Beach was originally an area that was filled with mostly second homes. Things have changed since then; today, North Forest Beach consists of a lot of full-time residences, in addition to many homes that are used as vacation homes for those traveling to the island. Locals choose North Forest for because it has convenient beach access, as well as the proximity it has to Coligny Plaza’s restaurants and shopping. South Forest Beach are divided from North Forest Beach by the Coligny Circle, near the south end of Hilton Head Island. South Forest Beach is home to quite a lot of condos and villa complexes, as well as a large number of personal homes. Some of the reasons that South Forest Beach is an island favorite for both residents and tourists is because of the eclectic style it has, quick and easy access to the nearby beaches, and a very close proximity to shopping and dining, most notably the options that nearby Coligny Plaza offers. The real estate offered ranges from modest and cozy beach cottages, major estates that are right next to the beach.
